| 摘 要： | 通过对资产证券化之交易机制、法律关系等基本问题的分析，讨论我国目前资产证券化的对象所应该具备的基本要素，最后对我国目前资产证券化的一些资产状况进行分析，在我国目前可以证券化的对象包括住房抵押贷款、生产工具抵押贷款、银行的汽车抵押贷款、基础设施的收费类资产等，以及在我国目前暂时不宜证券化的资产——银行不良资产。

| Abstract: | The essential dements are discussed that the object of asset - backed securitization should posscss at present in China through analyzing some basic questions such as trade mechanism, legal relationship to ABS etc. Then some assets states of ABS are also analyzed in our country. Currently, in China the securitization objects should include the house mortgage loan, production tool mortgage loan, automobile mortgage loan of the bank. Additionally, the defective loan of the bank should be excluded from ABS in our country. |
