| 摘 要： | 论述了聚烯烃高聚物的阻燃性,用两种微胶囊红磷与聚烯烃高聚物制备阻燃材料.在高聚物中只添加少量的微胶囊红磷就可以使材料具备良好的阻燃性能,从实验中发现这两种微胶囊红磷是高效的阻燃剂.但阻燃材料往往产生一定的烟雾,硼酸锌可以大大降低烟雾,硼酸锌在微胶囊红磷阻燃中可以发挥重要的作用.因此可以得出结论:在选择微胶囊红磷作阻燃剂时必须添加抑烟剂,微胶囊红磷与硼酸锌可以组成一个良好的阻燃体系,它可以改进聚烯烃高聚物的阻燃性能,减少烟雾的形成.

| Abstract: | Polyolefine flame retarded properity is discussed, two encapsulated red phosphorus flame retardants and polyolefine materials is choiced to make flame retarded polymeric materials.Frist, a few encapsulated red phosphorus flame retardants was added and obtained a better flame retarded properity,the two encapsulated red phosphorus are high quality flame retardants. Because the flame retarded polymers cause smoke, zinc borate can rapidly decrease smoke, the zinc borate plays an important role in encapsulated red phosphorus flame retardants.Conclusion: the smoke suppressants must be added when encapsulated red phosphorus are choose, the encapsulated red phosphorus and zinc borate can form a better flame retarded system. Polyolifine flame retarded properity and decreases smoke is improved. |
