| 摘 要： | 分析了输电线路运行管理地理信息系统应具有的功能和整体框架结构，以MapInfo软件为开发平台，采用编程语言VB，开发出了实用的输电线路运行管理地理信息系统．该系统用于输电线路的日常运行、检修和管理，并为线路故障诊断和抢修提供决策依据．根据输电线路的数据特点，简要说明了系统的数据模型结构及其开发方式．

| Abstract: | Aiming at the function of power transmission line operation management system based on GIS, an applied system, utilizing VB, is developed using MapInfo as exploring platform. The system can be used for power transmission line (PTL) manager to maintain and overhaul PTL operation, and make the solution to diagnose and repair the malfunction of PTL. At last the structure of the data module and system development pattern are discussed according to the characteristic of PTL data. |
