当船闸放水的时候，由于水位的高度在变化，流水孔的压强和水流的体积也在变化，因此，关于填满下游闸池水位的计算也就非常复杂，本就两种不同的情况来解决这个复杂问题：上游闸池水位不变和上游闸池水位下降。

Discussion about the Time of Turning in the Ship Lock( Jointer)

When the ship lock is turning on the water,because the height of water level is changing ,the pressure on the water running opening and the velocity of water flow is also changing, therefore , the calculation about the time needed to fill the lower water pool is quite complicated. in this article, we will solve this complicated problem under two different condition: the water level of the upper lock pool is unchanging and the water level of the upper lock pool is changing.
