渝西地区中小学生心理健康自我认知现况研究报告

摘    要:本研究调查分析了渝西地区2576名中小学生对心理健康知识的认知与知晓情况。结果表明:(1)中小学生对一般生理健康知晓率较高,对完全的健康和心理健康及常见心理障碍虽有一些知识,但普遍存在着较大的认知缺陷;(2)在知晓率方面存在着重点中小学优于非重点中小学、城区优于乡镇、初中优于小学的状况;(3)学校和家庭对学生心理健康的教育和影响并不突出。提示中小学生在心理健康认知方面存在许多问题,应加快建立学校、家庭、社会协同的整体教育网络。

A Research Report on the Present Situation of the Students' Psychological Health Self-awareness in Western Chongqing's Primary Schools and Middle Schools

Abstract:This research has investigated 2567 students from western Chongqing's Primary schools and Middle Schools and analyzed their situation of psychological health awareness and knowledge. The result shows: (1) Among the students cognition rate is comparatively high concerning general physiological knowledge. And though they have some knowledge about complete health, psychological health and some common psychological handicap, among them lack of awareness is widespread; (2) Cognition rate is higher among the students from key schools or from urban areas than those from ordinary schools or from the countryside; (3) Schools and families don't play an important role in the students' psychological health education. Therefore, there are many problems concerning the students' psychological health awareness in primary and middle schools and we must construct a whole cooperative education network among schools, families and the society as soon as possible.
