桑叶总黄酮清除自由基作用研究

摘    要:利用紫外光谱法研究了桑叶总黄酮对1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基(DPPH.)、羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用.结果表明,桑叶总黄酮能有效清除DPPH自由基、羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基,清除率分别达到86.10%,86.02%,43.64%.

Study on Scavenging free radical of Total flavones of Mulberry

Abstract:The scavenging effects in vitro of total flavones of mulberry on 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical ( DP- PH^* ), hydroxyl radical (OH^*), superoxide radical (O2^-*), were studied by urVis spectrum. The results showed that total flavones of Mulberry could be well used in scavenging DPPH^* , OH^* , and O2^-* , and the maximum scavenging rates were 86.10% ,86.02% and 43.64% , respectively.
