| 摘 要： | 党代表大会常任制是马克思主义政党创造的政治领导制度和政治运行机制,构建社会主义和谐社会是我国经济社会发展的新的战略指导思想。实行党代会常任制,以党内民主带动社会民主,以党内和谐推动社会和谐,将促进全面建设小康社会的目标在和谐社会的状态中实现。

| Abstract: | The Permanent Tenure of Office at the NCCPC is a political leadership system and political operating mechanism created by the Marxist party, and constructing socialism harmonious society is the new strategic guideline for China’s economic development. Practicing the Permanent Tenure of Office at the NCCPC will give impetus to the development of social democracy. Harmony inside the party will facilitate the realization of the target of all-round constructing the well-off society in the harmonious society. |
