浅议企业思想政治工作要注重人文关怀和心理疏导

在企业思想政治工作中注入“人文关怀”的理念，就是要求在管理中尊重职工的主体地位，保障职工的各项权益，促进职工的全面发展，做到发展为了职工、发展依靠职工、发展的成果有职工共享。“人文关怀”理念的提出拓展了我们的工作思路，而且为构建社会主义和谐社会进一步指明了方向。
