文章对项目实施进程中所发生的费用进行分析，提出采取成本预算、成本控制、成本核算、成本分析、成本考核等经济活动方法，以达到成本控制的预定目标、实现赢利的目的。

Reflection on Cost Management of Engineering Project

By analyzing the cost in the process of implementing project, this paper points out that economic activities, such as cost budget, cost control, cost accounting, cost analysis, cost assessment, should be taken in order to achieve the objectives of cost control and the goal of profit.
