| 摘 要： | 笔者从完善和落实基层教学管理工作制度两个方面出发，对基层教学管理工作制度建设的原则、主要内容以及制度落实过程中存在的问题及原因进行了思考和分析，在此基础上提出了落实基层教学管理工作制度的途径。
