工业生产氢氧化钾新工艺

摘    要:工业生产中以氯化钾为原料采用电解法生产氢氧化钾和氯气。该工艺已经成熟,但能耗很高,本文介绍了一种生产氢氧化钾的热化学工艺,并对各步反应进行验证,实验结果表明,此工艺能耗低,具有工业生产的可行性。

Abstract:In industrial production, It has been adopted electrolyzing method using potassium chloride as material to produce potassium hydrate and chlorine. This technology has natured, but it need high emergy, A kind of thermal - chemical technology about producing potassium hydrate is introduced in this paper.The experimental tests of each reaction give that is technology need low energy relatively and it has the possibility of industrial production.
