| Abstract: | It was discussed in the paper that the non-inferiority test was imported into the research of methodology and the experiment of comparison.The paper introduced how to do the sample size estimation and to determine the value of margin and to process the non-inferiority hypothesis testing and the actual process.Besides,it gave an example to do the non-inferiority test in the method of measurement data. |
