| 摘 要： | 目的观察人参茎叶皂甙和人参根甙的抗抑郁作用.方法采用大鼠强迫游泳实验的方法.结果人参茎叶皂甙和根皂甙的低剂量组(50mg/kg)和高剂量组(200mg/kg)均能明显缩短强迫游泳大鼠的不动时间.结论人参茎叶皂甙和人参根皂甙均具有明显的抗抑郁作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the antidepressant-like effect of the ginseng stems and leaves saponins(GSLS)and ginseng roots saponins(GRS).Method The method of rats forced-swimming test was abopted to study the antidepressant-like effect.Result The lower and higher dose of GSLS and GRS both could suppress significantly the accumulated immobility time of rats forced-swimming.Conclusion GSLS and GRS possesses antidepressant-like effect. |
