长纤维高速过滤器的适应性与稳定性

摘    要:为促进纤维过滤技术的应用,开发了一种新型长纤维高速过滤器.通过对净水厂不同水质进水的过滤试验,研究了该型过滤器对不同水质进水过滤的适应性和长期运行的稳定性.试验结果表明, 长纤维高速过滤器在进水浊度2~100 NTU、初始滤速10~60 m/h的宽广范围内均能使出水浊度稳定在0.2 NTU以下,并且滤床成熟期短、纳污容量大、反冲洗彻底、运行稳定, 与净水厂常规砂滤相比具有明显的技术优势,展现了良好的应用前景.

Abstract:A new long fiber efficient filter was developed to promote the application of fibrous filtering. The adaptability and stability of this filter was studied by using it to filter the feed water of different quality in water supply plant. The results show that with less time of filtering bed growing,more quantities of saved dirt, thoroughly backwashing and steady filtering process, the turbidity of filtrate is always below 0.2 NTU while the feed water ranges from 2 to 100 NTU and original filtering velocity from 10 to 60 m/h. Compared with sand filter, which is commonly used in supply water plant, this filter has obvious superiority in technology and is promising in application.
