HDDR法制备高矫顽力NdFeB磁粉及其微观研究

摘    要:通过HDDR法制备出内禀矫顽力达到1200kA/m的NdFeB各向同性粘结磁体,探讨了温度、时间抽速等工艺参数对获取高矫顽力的作用,并对原始晶粒尺寸的影响作了初步研究。

Abstract:NdFeB bonded isotropic magnets of iHc= 1 200hA/m are prepared by HDDR process.The coercivity very much depends on hydriding/dehidriding temperature, time and vacuum velocity. The influence of the initial crystal grain size is also investigated.
