| 摘 要： | 在考虑市场需求波动的条件下,从供应链核心企业的角度出发,研究两条供应链之间的库存竞争行为.讨论了当供应链采取集中控制和分散决策时的最优库存策略,比较了不同供应链竞争模式下的均衡库存水平和利润,并运用仿真方法分析需求波动对核心企业利润的影响.研究结果为供应链核心企业在竞争环境下的供应链管理提供了理论依据,有助于提升供应链库存管理水平.

| Abstract: | Based on the demand uncertainty and from the perspective of the core enterprise, this paper studied the behavior of stock competition between two supply chains,discussed the optimal stock policy of decentralized and centralized supply chain,and analyzed the influence of demand uncertainty to the profit of core enterprise.The result can offer theory support to supply chain management under competitive environment,and is helpful to improve the efficiency of inventory management of supply chain. |
