| 摘 要： | 给出了总承包商为设计单位的水电工程EPC项目的管理模式；基于设计一施工一体化的发展趋势，分析了以设计为龙头开展水电工程EPC总承包的必要性与优势，以及EPC总承包模式下的监理制．详细阐述了水电工程EPC项目总承包商和业主的管理内容与任务，并以马鹿塘水电站二期工程为例，进行了应用研究、该研究对于推动EPC总承包模式的开展具有重要的理论意义与实践价值．

| Abstract: | An EPC management mode was introduced, in which general contractor is a design and investigation institute, The necessity and advantages of EPC general contracting in hydropower project with design-led were analyzed, considering the tendency of design-build integration. The supervision system under the EPC mode was discussed, and the general contractor＇ s and owner＇ s management contents and tasks were introduced respectively. An example of Malutang hydropower station project was analyzed. The study is meaningful for promoting the applications of the EPC general contracting mode in hydropower engineering. |
