直缝焊管开口孔型中轧辊与管坯间的接触压力分布

摘    要:为确定直缝焊管中轧辊与管坯间的接触压力分布规律 ,采取全息光弹性方法对该问题进行实验研究 ,并且利用有限元方法进行模拟计算 ,最终得出直缝焊管开口孔型轧辊与管坯间接触压力的分布规律 :管坯在开口孔型中处于弯曲成型阶段时 ,下轧辊与管坯的接触压力分布局限于轧辊的两侧 ;上轧辊与管坯的接触压力分布是以轧辊中点为界分为两个部分 ,每个部分内接触压力近似呈三角形分布。管坯在开口孔型中处于弯曲成型阶段时 ,接触压力分布是在弯曲成型阶段压力分布基础上中部叠加了一个挤压力

Abstract:Holo photoelatic experiments and finite element analysis were used to investigate the distribution of the contact pressure between rollers and a pipe blank. Analysis of the open pass showed that during bending the contact pressure on the lower roller occurs only on two sides of the roller. The contact pressure on the upper roller is divided into two triangular shape parts. During extrusion, an extrusion force is added to the contact pressure that occurs during bending.
