| 摘 要： | 通过对青海省水资源现状和水资源特性的分析，论述了青海省水利水电可持续开发的方式；提出了开发抽水蓄能电站和采用碾压混凝土筑坝技术相结合的中型水利水电工程，是一种较为适合青海省实际情况的水资源可持续开发的模式。

| Abstract: | The hydroenerge sustainable developing strategy of Qinghai province has been discussed by analyzing the behavior and status of Qinghai water resource in this paper.The developing model of middle sized hydraulic engineering,combined pumped storage hydroplant with roller compacted concrete constructing technique,has been suggested to sustainable developing for Qinghai water resource. |
