| 摘 要： | 大学生恋爱群体的管理是高校管理工作的一部分。二十一世纪,高校应对恋爱群体的管理模式需要引进柔性管理模式,通过以充分尊重为基础、以平等交流为手段启发引导学生从内心正确认识爱情包含的要素,付出促进和谐校园环境的形成的恋爱行为。

| Abstract: | The management of the lovers among university students is a part of the school＇s management affairs. In the 21st century, it is necessary for Colleges and Universities to introduce the mode of Soft Management, by which, basing on the fully respect and equal communication, students can be guided to be aware of the love＇s elements and to deal with their love affairs in so far as they can promote the form of harmoniouscampus environment. |
