摘    要:利用尿素对亚麻纤维进行改性,以提高其轧染的染色性能和染色深度。对改性工艺条件如尿素溶液的浓度、微波处理功率及时间等条件进行了详细研究。通过对改性后的亚麻纤维SEM观察和X-ray衍射分析,探讨了改性后亚麻纤维染色性能提高的原因,并对改性后的亚麻纤维力学强度进行了测定。

Abstract:The modification to flax fabric was carried out by treating it with urea to improve the dyeability of flax fabric. The influence of urea solution concentration, microwave power and microwave treatment time on the modification to flax fabric were studied. The reason of flax fabric dyeability improved was discussed based on the analysis of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction to flax fabric, and the tensile strength of modified flax fabric was also measured compared to parent flax fabric.
