蒙药肝乐康胶囊对D-GlaN、TAA所致小鼠化学性肝损伤的保护作用

目的：观察肝乐康胶囊的保肝降酶作用．方法：以护肝片作阳性对照，用不同肝毒剂造成小鼠急性肝损伤，分别测定动物血清相关指标，用t检验法比较各组间差异．结果：模型组与正常组比较，小鼠血清AST、ALT明显升高（P〈0．01）；肝乐康胶囊组可降低因D—GlaN所致肝损伤小鼠的ALT及AST（P〈0．05）；明显降低因TAA所致肝损伤小鼠的ALT及AST（P〈0．01）．结论：肝乐康胶囊对以上不同肝损伤模型均有保肝降酶作用．

The Protection of Mongolian Medicine Ganlekang Capsule on D-GLaN and TAA Induced Acute Liver Lesion of Mice

Objective：To observe the liver protection and enzyme degradation effects of Ganlekang Capsule. Methods： Positively controlled with Huganpian, the diversity liver-toxic agents were administered to make acute liver lesion of mice to measure the relative indices of animal serum.Method of t-test was used to check the difference between the groups.Results： Serum ALT and AST increaced obviously in model group compared with control group and had great difference （P〈0.01）.In Ganlekang Capsule group, the serum ALT and AST of D-GlaN induced liver lesion mice decrease （P〈0.05）,and the the serum ALT and AST of TAA induced liver lesion mice obviosly lower （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Ganlekang Capsule has the liver protection and enzyme degradation effects on the above mentioned different liver lesion models.
