摘    要:近年来随着制备技术的发展和性能的改进,对银氧化锡的研究方兴未艾.本文对银氧化锡复合粉体的水热制备方法进行了综述,并与传统的银氧化锡复合粉体的制备方法如粉末冶金法等进行了比较.通过以H2C2O4为还原剂,以银氨络离子和锡酸钠为原料制备银氧化锡,并针对制备条件的差异对粉体粒径的影响进行了分析,指出了水热制备方法的优点和不足,对以后进一步的研究进行了展望.

Abstract:In recent years, with the development of preparation technology and the improvement of performance, research on the silver tin oxide is in the ascendant. The preparation methods of silver tin oxide composite powders were reviewed and compared with the traditional methods; such as powder metallurgy method, through taking H2C2O4 as reducing agent, with silver ammonia complex ion and sodium as raw materials to make silver tin oxide, and the effects of preparation conditions difference on powder particle size are analyzed. The advantages and shortcomings of hydrothermal preparation method are pointed out.
