管理沟通在高校图书馆流通阅览部门中的应用

The circulation department is an important the core of college library,but there are some wrong opin- ions on it in circles of library.Facing these,circulation department should make full use of management and communication among library departments,deal well with relationship with other departments for making up its weakness and correcting mistaken ideas about it,and finally establish it image as"Window of Library".
