人参茎叶皂甙对哇巴因LD_(100)心功能和血流动力学的影响

摘    要:人参茎叶皂甙(Ginsensides of the stem and leaf of panax Ginseng, GSL)50毫克/公斤体重腹腔和静脉给药,均增加麻醉豚鼠哇巴因LD_(100)剂量(毒性降低);人参茎叶皂甙50毫克/公斤体重静脉注射,降低麻醉猫动脉压(AP)、左室内压(LVP)、心室内压上升最大速率(dp/dt max),心输出量(CO)有所增加,其他心功指标无明显影响。由于AP、LVP、dp/dt max降低,使TTI减少,提示心肌耗氧量降低,为临床治疗高血压、冠心病、心源性休克等循环系统疾病提供药理学基础。

Abstract:The LD_(100) of ouabain was significantly increased when GSL 50mg/kg was given IP IV in 79 anesthetized guinea-pigs. In 5 anesthetized cats LVP, LVEDP, dp/dtmax of LVP, CO, ECG and AP were recorded on a RM6000 8-channel polygraph. The GSL 50mg/kg IV caused a significant decrease of AP, LVP, and dp/dtmax of LVP, but the CO is increased because the after load of heart is decreased. As a result of reduction of heart LVP, AP and tension-time index was reduced which suggests that the myocardial oxygen consumption is decreased. This is the pharmacological basis in the use of GSL for treatment of cardiac diseases.
