| 摘 要： | 本文将流动注射分析技术引入Ｎ－（１－萘基）乙二胺光度法测定亚硝酸根的分析体系，建立了水样中微量亚硝酸根在线检测方法。亚硝酸根含量在０—５００ｕｇ／Ｌ范围内具有良好的线性关系，检出限为１．０ｕｇ／Ｌ亚硝酸根氮，此法操作简单，灵敏度高，适用于环境水样中亚硝酸根的实时性检测。

| Abstract: | A flow injection spectrophotometric method has been developed for on line monitor nitrite in environmental water. The method based on N (1 naphthyl)ethylenediamine spectrophotometry. The linear range of determination for nitrite is o-500ug/L. The method offers potential advantages of simplicity, sensitivity and applicability to determination of nitrite in environmental water. |
