褐煤热变形特性的实验研究

摘    要:利用高温热解渗透仪,对褐煤的热变形特性进行了实验研究。测定了常温与50℃时三维应力作用下的变形特性及弹性模量;同时测定了不同温度段褐煤的流变特性。研究得出,一定围压作用下,在200℃与400℃时,褐煤出现相对的热膨胀;随着温度的升高,褐煤产生流变的时间在缩短,蠕变量在减少。在整个热解过程中,其体积总体上是缩减的。这些结论为煤的地下原位热解或气化的现场实施提供了一些科学的基础数据。

Abstract:Using a high temperature pyrolysis permeation testing system, we conducted some experimental research on the thermal deformation characteristics of lignite. The deformation characteristics and elastic modulus under three-dimensional stress at ambient temperature and 50 ℃,and the rheological characteristics at different temperatures were investigated. The research indicates that: at 200 ℃ and 400 ℃ ,the lignite exhibited relative linear thermal expansion under certain confining pressures; with the increase of temperature, the rheological time and creep deformation were reduced. In the whole pyrolysis process, its overall volume was reduced. The conclusion can provide scientific data basis for on-site implementation of the in-situ underground coal pyrolysis and gasification.
