红外波段矿井监测的分析与探讨

摘    要:由于井下实际照度很低,采用可见光波段的普通CCD摄像机获取的图像质量直接影响监测系统精度,井下湿度大、粉尘多,普通CCD在这种环境中会很快发生“失明”。而采用散射光小,穿透能力强的红外波段,由于红外CCD正常工作时,其表面温度大约在60~85℃之间,远高于井下环境温度,能克服普通CCD的冷凝缺陷,井下的大量粉尘难附着在其表面,通过研究分析和大量的井下实验发现,井下监测采用红外波段可虽著提高空间分辨率、穿透性,且能有效抑制光线散射造成的影响。论证了矿井监测系统采用红外探测的正确性与可行性。

Abstract:Due to low illumination in the mine, quality of images captured by normal CCD camera affects precision of surveillance system directly. Normal CCD camera will also become blind soon because of high humidity and too much dust. When infrared CCD that has little scattering and strong penetration works, the surface temperature will be between 60 degrees and 85 degrees which are much greater than that of the mine environment. So infrared CCD can overcome the condensation defect and also prevent dust in the mine to adhere to its surface. Through analysis and many experiments in the mine, it proves that infrared surveillance system can not only increase spatial resolution and penetration but also restrict the effect of scattering. This paper discusses the validation and feasibility of using infrared technology to design mine surveillance system.
