溶胶-凝胶法合成Y(BO3,PO4):Ce,Tb荧光粉及其荧光性能的研究

摘    要:
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成Y(BO3,PO4):Ce,Tb绿色荧光粉,利用热分析(TG—DTA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光分光光度计等手段探讨了(BO3,PO4):Ce,Tb荧光粉的烧结条件、结构及荧光性能的关系.实验结果表明,烧结温度对产物的结构和荧光性能具有一定影响,在1050℃下、高温烧结2h的样品的荧光强度最好.与高温固相法相比,此法合成的(BO3,PO4):Ce,Tb荧光粉具有较完善的晶体结构,较高的纯度,较小的颗粒尺寸,粒度分布均匀,且相对荧光强度更高.

Abstract:
Green phosphor of Y(BO3, PO4) : Ce, Tb was first synthesized by means of sol -gel method. The sintered method, structure and luminescent properties of Y ( BO3, PO4 ) : Ce, Tb were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis ( TG - DTA), X - ray diffraction ( xRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorospectrophotometer. The results revealed that the structure and luminescent properties showed great dependence on the sintering temperature. The product synthesized at 1050℃ for 2h had better emission intensity. By comparison with the products synthesized by solid - stated method, those by sol -gel method showed monocline structure, high purity, well developed crystal structure, small particle size, narrow size distribution and relative higher fluorescence intensity.
