摘    要:以中药废渣为原料,用香菇对中药废渣的固态和液态发酵工艺进行研究,并对发酵产物进行小鼠喂养实验.研究结果表明:中药废渣经固体发酵,粗蛋白(CP)含量提高了68.20%,粗纤维(CF)含量降低了44.9%,多糖含量提高了150.9%;并对发酵产物进行小鼠的增重和免疫实验,结果显示:中药废渣的发酵物能促进小鼠生长, 体重和免疫器官指数跟对照组相比呈显著性差异,碳粒廓清指数和对照组相比,有增加的趋势,能够增强小鼠的免疫能力.

Abstract:Lentinula edodus was used to ferment the Chinese traditional medicine's residue.The technique of the solid state fermentation and liquid state fermentation were investigated.Furthermore,the feeding experiment of the mice with fermented products was studied.The results were as following:(1) the contents of the coarse protein and the amylose were increased by 68.20 percent and 150.9 percent,respectively.While the coarse fiber was decreased by 44.9 percent;(2) In certain concentrations,the weight and spleen index were increased significantly compared to the control group.It also could improve the function of reticuloendothelial system (RES) in mice.
