支持信息共享的企业零件族管理模式研究

建立了一个支持信息共享的企业零件族管理系统，有利于对企业资源重用、缩短设计周期、以及提高零件族管理水平。介绍了现有产品数据管理（ＰＤＭ）系统中的零件族管理功能；研究了以成组技术为基础建立企业零件族管理系统的方法，介绍了一个典型零件分类编码系统，在此基础上建立了零件检索结构树；探讨了基于ＰＤＭ系统的企业零件族管理模式，给出了建立企业零件族结构树的方法，并将零件的详细信息定义为零件族的属性，使之集成在零件族体系结构中，成为共享信息资源。

Research on management method of enterprise part family supporting information sharing

An enterprise part family management system for supporting information sharing was established, which has much significance in the reusing of resources, the shortening of design period and the improving of part family management level. The functions of part family management provided by the existing product data management (PDM) system are introduced. The enterprise part family management method based on group technology is studied, a typical part classification and coding system is introduced, a part index structure tree is built on these basis. The PDM based enterprise part family management method is discussed, a method for building enterprise part family structure tree is given, the detail information of the part is defined as the attributes of the part family, hence they are integrated into the part family architecture and used as the shared information resource.
