伦敦奥运场馆建设布局的经济学分析

基于经济与环境的研究视角,分析2011年伦敦奥运会场馆建设布局的经济学特征,探究其建设布局的经济学理念,以期为我国城乡公共体育设施建设布局提供借鉴.在运用文献资料法、归纳演绎法研究伦敦奥运会场馆建设布局状况的基础上,认为永久性场馆与临时场馆的组合是伦敦奥组委与英国政府在打造可持续发展的绿色奥运规划中实施的富有挑战性的一个新的理念;以国土面积、普通人口、运动人口、场馆赛后使用率、经济状况等诸多因素为依据,场馆的规划与建造展示了绿色、节省、实用的优势;＂永续发展＂以及后奥运的＂遗产管理＂概念的关注与认可,充分验证了伦敦奥组委＂让奥运会留下一份厚重的遗产＂发展目标的实现.

Economic analysis of the London Olympic venues construction layout

Based on the perspective of economic and environment, here we analyze the economic charac- teristics of the construction layout for the 2011 London Olympic Venue,and explore the economics philosophy of their construction layout, which aims to providing supportive references for the urban and rural public sports construction and facilities in our country. And also based on the confirmation results which had been researched by using two kinds of methods including both Literature and de- ductive summarization,we believe that The is a new and challenging idea from LOCOG combination of permanent venues and temporary venues （London organizing committee） and the British Govern- ment during the process,when they＇ re planning and trying to create the sustainable Green Olympics. On the basis of many different factors, such as land area, population, sports population, venues utiliza- tion rate after game, economic conditions and etc. the planning and construction of venues has shown the kinds of advantages including green, sustainable, save and practical; Focus and the recognition of ＂Sustainable development＂ as well as the concept of the post-Olympic ＂Heritage management＂ can fully verify the realization of development goal from LOCOG,which is ＂Let the Olympic Games left a heavy legacy＂.
