Research of Safety Ethics

This article researched the necessaries,possibilities,character and task of safety ethics by analysis of "safety crisis" and argument of values in citizen's society with applied ethics giving some theoretical information about ethics,and focused on answering two questions: 1.What is ethical principle and moral basement in the practice of safety? 2.What is the ethical norms government,enterprise,business firm or persons of making risk polices and decisions or actor in the safety active ought to follow? In the last,this article constructed theoretically safety ethics which is selected to result safety crisis or be applied to safety active,so as to answer eventually a question about "what is safety ethics".
