| 摘 要： | 企业物流改革的方向是实现一体化管理．一体化运作模式的研究，为企业实施一体化管理解决战术层面的问题．从物流一体化的目标出发，分析了物流一体化的运作基础．提出在优化供应链、重构业务流程、调整组织结构、搭建信息平台的基础上，可以通过自营、第三方物流亦或分段外包的方式实施物流一体化，分别给出了具体的运作模式．最后，通过某重型汽车制造企业的实证研究说明了物流一体化运作模式的有效性．

| Abstract: | The trend of enterprises logistics reform is logistics integration management. The operation mode for logistics integration is the tactics problem of logistics integration management. In the view of objectives of (logistics) integration management, operation conditions of the logistics integration are discussed, i.e. (optimizing) (supply) chain, rebuilding business process, adjusting organization structure and constructing (information) (platform). Based on these, three types of operation mode for logistics integration are proposed, (which) are self-dealing or third party logistics or part outsourcing. Then,the validity of operation mode for (logistics) integration is illustrated by the case of a heavy automobile enterprise. |
