| Abstract: | The author collected 15 cases of patients suffering from rickettsiosis complicated pneumonia in recent three years in our hospital(All of the cases were erroneously diagnosed before definite diagnosis),through the analysis of their clinical feature and chest radiological examination etc.,and explained the causes of error diagnosis,and took the doxycycline as the main medicine of integrated treatment.The care rate was at 100%. |
