可理解输出假设与高级英语教学

摘    要:高级英语教学往往较多注重语言的输入,而忽略给学生创造输出的条件。Swain的可理解输出假设表明。二语学习的语言输出有助于促进他们流利和准确地使用语言。在高级英语教学实践中借鉴这一理论,重视输出作用、创造输出条件、强化输出实践对实现“培养学生英语综合运用能力”这一课程教学目标具有很好的启发和现实意义。

Abstract:In Advanced English class, we often pay much attention to language input, and neglect the importance of creating circumstances of language output. The Comprehensible Output Hypothesis proposed by Swain claims that language output produced by L2 learners will enhance the accuracy and fluency of their language use. To apply this theory in Advanced English teaching by putting a high value on the role of output, creating circumstances of output and intensifying output practice could have a practical and positive meaning in helping us reach the goal of "cultivating students' general ability of language use ".
