| 摘 要： | 本文在对全市水资源分布及排污现状调查的基础上,测算了控制单元的水环境容量,初步摸清了全市水环境容量总量及分布状况,分析了水环境容量分布现状所存在的问题,并提出水环境容量利用方面的初步设想。
