具核梭杆菌的研究进展

摘    要:具核梭杆菌是一种G^-专性无芽胞厌氧杆菌,在口腔乃至全身感染性疾病中检出率极高,与临床厌氧菌感染的关系十分密切,具核梭杆菌的致病性与它的黏附特性、代谢产物丁酸及宿主细胞因子水平有关.最近又有研究报道,该菌能够诱导外周血单个核细胞和多形核细胞的凋亡,从而逃避免疫细胞的杀伤作用,引起机体的感染性疾病.

Abstract:Fusobacterium nucleatum , a gram-negative anaerobic organism, has usually been founded in oral disease and infectious general. It plays an important role in the infectious disease of anaerobic organism. The factors of the pathogenicity of Fusobacterium nucleatum include its adhesion, its metabolite, butyric acid, and the Ievel of the celi factor of the host, and so on. At present, it is reported that Fusobacterium nucleatum can induce apoptotic cell death in peripheral blood mononuclear and ploymorphonuclear celis and escape from the harm of the immune effective cell, then it can lead to the hosts' infectious disease.
