冬季利用太阳能加热制沼气的实验研究

摘    要:采用太阳能加热厌氧发酵装置,进行冬季气候条件下的太阳能沼气发酵装置产气性能试验.结果显示,该装置可以在冬季气候条件下使发酵罐内料液温度维持在25℃左右,料液温度高于环境温度15-20℃,且料液的日温度变化幅度〈2℃,实验结果显示装置具有良好的升温、保温效果.实验过程中装置的最大池容产气率达到0.5 m^3/m^3·d^-1,平均池容产气率达到0.273 m^3/m^3·d^-1,装置的沼气产气量可以满足农户家庭冬季需求.

Abstract:By using the solar energy to heat the bioreactor,a perfor mance test of methane production was made in winter. The experimental results show that the solar energy collect can ensure the temperature of the bioreaetor to stay at around 25℃, which is 15-20℃ higher than the ambient temperature. The daily temperature fluctuation of bioreactor is less than 2℃. The experimental results also show that the set of devices has a good heating and thermal insulation effect. The largest gas production rate of capacity is 0.55m^3/(m^3 · d) ,and the average gas production rate of capacity is 0. 273 m^3/(m^3 · d). The gas production can meet the needs of peasant families.
