摘    要:基于翼缘板-槽钢连接的新型管幕构件(flange-channel steel roof,FCSR)室内抗弯试验,研究了FCSR新型管幕构件的工作机理和破坏模式.为充分研究钢管壁厚、翼缘板厚度、混凝土强度和钢管间距等结构关键参数对FCSR管幕构件抗弯性能的影响,通过ABAQUS软件建立了FCSR管幕构件的有限元模型.研究结果表明:构件发生明显的延性破坏,具有较高的横向刚度;钢管壁厚和混凝土强度对构件承载力具有一定的影响,翼缘板厚度对承载力影响不明显,钢管间距对承载力影响较为明显.研究结果可为新型管幕结构的应用提供一定的依据.

Abstract:Based on the flexural tests on the FCSR(flange-channel steel roof) specimens, the working mechanism and failure mode of the specimens were investigated. In order to study the influence of the key parameters, including the tube thickness, the flange thickness, the compressive strength of the concrete and the spacing between the tubes on the flexural behavior of the specimens, finite element models of FCSR specimens were established by using the ABAQUS software. The results indicated that the lateral stiffness of the specimen is high and the failure mode is obvious ductile failure. The wall thickness of the steel pipe and the concrete strength may have certain influence on the bearing capacity of the specimen, while the thickness of the flange plate has no obvious influence on it. It is also found that the spacing of the steel pipe can affect the bearing capacity obviously. The research results may provide some basis for the application of the new pipe roof structure.
