| 摘 要： | 笔者采取现场勘查、走访调查以及科学的调查手段，包括显微照相、X-射线衍射、拉曼光谱等，对保存于南京堂子街太平天国时期的壁画进行了调查研究。包括壁画的基本信息、壁画的价值评估、壁画的保护修复情况、壁画的材质工艺研究、壁画的病害状况及成因分析等。这些科学调查对有针对性地设计合理的保护方案是非常关键的，能够使壁画得到合理且科学的保护。

| Abstract: | Investigation of wall painting during the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom in Nanjing Tangzi Street are carried out by exploration in site, interviewing, and scientific research, which tion, Raman spectroscopy and other means. These investigating results include photomicrography, X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and other means.
