石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定超高纯试剂中银的研究

摘    要:研究了MOS级过氧化氢及无水乙醇中痕量银的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定法,制定了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定痕量银的分析程度,试样经挥发浓缩,采用标准加入法测定;还确定了仪器最佳工作条件,原子化条件等,研究了共存离子的干扰,回收试验及实测样品等,该方法的精密度为3.76%,检测限达0.066ng/ml。

Abstract:We studied the analytical condition for Ag with P E3030B atomic absorption spectrophotometer.In order to determine microamount Ag in the super pure Hydroperoxide or absolut Alcohol,we adropted the concentration impurety in sample by means of the evaporation and the standard addition method obtained the satisfactry results.By means of this method,the contamination can be diminished in analytical process.The detection limit is 0.066 ng/ml and precision is 3.76% .
