| 摘 要： | 阳澄湖和太湖均是大闸蟹的主产地。养殖环境是影响大闸蟹生产和品质的重要因素。笔者对阳澄湖和太湖周边土壤进行了环湖布点采样，采用5％HNO3浸提，等离子发射光谱（ICP-AES）法测定其中重金属Pb的含量，以调查潜在的影响大闸蟹生长的环境状况。结果表明，两湖周边土壤的铅综合污染指数均在0．7以下，属于清洁水平，未受到重金属Pb污染，完全满足〈食用农产品产地环境质量评价标准》和〈农产品安全质量无公害水产品产地环境要求），可以很好的保证大闸蟹的品质。 |

| Abstract: | Yangcheng and Taihu Lakes are the main producing areas of Chinese mitten crab. In order to accurately confirm whether there is heavy-metal pollution or the pollution level, the authors got the samples from the sampling points around the Yangcheng and Taihu Lakes. Pb is extracted from the samples with 5% HNO3,nd detected with ICP-AES. Our purpose is to investigate the environment that potentially affects Chinese mitten crab＇s growth. The conclusion shows that Pb in the soils of the two lakes is below 0.7 of overall pollution indexes under the scope limit of GB/T 18407.4-2001 and HJ332-2006. From this aspect, the Chinese mitten crab＇s quality is well assured. |
