田径二级裁判员培养途径初探

锦州师范高等专科学校体育系是培养初中体育教师的摇蓝，每年为全省培养１６０多名合格的初中体育教师。田径的竞赛组织与裁判能力是合格初中体育教师的重要指标之一。我系田径教学大纲中要求每名学生必须通过田径裁判的考核。培养田径二级裁判员是在此基础上重点培养高一级裁判人才的一个实际步骤。本文的最终目的，试想通过总结和分析锦州师专体育系培养田径二级裁判员的途径，以寻求出一条为基层田径运动竞赛培养裁判骨干，为建设高水平裁判队伍培养后备人才的新路子。

The basic reaserch on training methods for second rank referee of track and field

Physical Culture Department of Jinzhou Teachers' College is the cradle ofsport teachers training for the junior middle schools. It supplies 160 qualified junior middleschool sport teachers for our province. It is one of the major targets for them to have the a-bility of organizing and judging track and field contests. The outline of our department fortrack and field teaching requires that all students should pas the referee examination for thethird rank. And the training for the second rank is the further practice on the basis of this.This paper, by summing and analysing the experiences gained by our department of thetraining methods on the second rank, tries to find out new methods which will train qualifiedtrack and field referees for the basic units and reserve forces of high level for our provincialreferee contigents.
