山西城镇化进程中城乡居民收入差距持续高位运行的成因分析

城乡居民收入差距持续高位运行是山西城镇化进程中面临的突出问题。剖析了山西城镇发展与经济发展同工业结构、产业结构与就业结构之间存在的问题,指出资源型工业结构的不合理、低质量的城镇化等是山西城乡居民收入差距持续高位运行的重要原因,只有大力调整产业结构、摆脱资源型工业的单一产业结构,不断提高城镇化水平,才能真正释放城镇化潜能,实现以农民收入持续增长为先导的城镇化发展战略。

Analysis on the Reasons Why the Income Gap between Urban and Rural Residents Continuously Run on the High Position in the Urbanization Process of Shanxi Province

It is an outstanding problem that the income gap between urban and rural residents has been running continuously on the high position in urbanization process of Shanxi. This paper analyzes some deep problems existing between the urban development and economic development and the industrial structure, productive structure and employment structure,and points out that the unreasonable resource-based industrial structure and low-quality urbanization are the main reasons why the income gap between urban and rural residents in Shanxi Province has been continuously running on the high position, only by adjust the industrial structure vigorously, getting rid of the single resource-based industrial structure and improving urbanization level, can the potential of urbanization be really released, and the strategy of urbanization development guided by the continuous growing of farmers＇ income be realized.
