汽车车轮轮辐疲劳裂纹位置预估

摘    要:针对汽车车轮钢圈,建立有限元模型,进行应力分析和疲劳裂纹位置预估.通过施加合理的载荷及边界条件,分析车轮工作过程中的应力变化情况,从而预估汽车车轮疲劳裂纹位置.对比预估和试验结果表明,通过有限元计算预估的车轮疲劳裂纹位置与通过试验得到的疲劳裂纹位置很吻合.

Abstract:The finite element model(FEM) of the spoke for automobile wheel is built for stress analysis and the prediction of the locations of fatigue crack.The locations of fatigue crack in the wheel spoke is predicted by analyzing the changing stress of the wheel at the working status which is obtained by exerting reasonable loads and the boundary conditions.The comparison of the results from the prediction and the experiments has shown that the locations of fatigue crack obtained by the prediction from finite eleme...
