| 摘 要： | 城中村是中国城市化进程中特有的现象,城中村改造是推动城市化、建设现代化城市的应有之义。本文从国内城中村改造模式的比较研究入手,分析了郑州市城中村改造不同阶段新旧模式的异同,确定了郑州市城中村改造的坐标和基本框架。
