| 摘 要： | 日本从全球战略的高度着手部署国际科技合作事业,加强国家科技建设,广泛参与国际科学工程计划。对日本政府大力推进国际科技合作的各类举措进行了系统的整理和分析,指出我国应借鉴日本的有效举措以加强国际科技合作力度,争取全球科技主动权。

| Abstract: | From the height of global strategy,Japan starts to map out the cause of international sci-tech cooperation,strengthen national sci-tech construction,and take widespread part in international sci-tech engineering program. This paper makes systematical arrangement of and analysis on various measures of Japanese government in promoting vigorously international sci-tech cooperation,and points out that our country should borrow ideas from Japan＇s effective measures for strengthening international sci-tech cooperation and taking the initiative in global sci-tech field. |
