氧-乙炔焰加热切削参数可行性分析

摘    要:本文论证氧-乙炔焰加热切削难加工材料的可行性。ZGMn13试棒,分别用普通切削法和加热切削法进行车削。加热车削,在切削力、切削功率、刀具耐用度、金属切削率、表面质量、加工成本方面,显著地优于普通切削法。氧-乙炔焰加热切削与其他加热切削相比,具有加热装置简单,投资费少的优点。

Abstract:The a rtical demonstrates the practicability of difficultly working material hot machined wifh oxygen-acetylene flame. Test rods of ZGMn 13 are turned with ordinary and hot machining methods respectively. Hot turning is obviously superior to ordinary machining method in cutting force, power reguired to perform machining operatation, tool life, metalremoval rate, surface quality and working cost.The oxygen-acetyleme flame hot machining method compared with other hot machining has even advantages: heating device is simple and investment is little.
