主成分分析在杉木种源区划中的应用

摘    要:本文在研究杉木76个地理种源针叶灰分、K、Na、P、N、Fe矿质元素含量及生长性状的遗传变异基础上,选择了变异较显著的针叶含K量及生长两因素,结合种源生态因子进行主成分分析,在排序的基础上,将76个地理种源划分为六个种源区,为杉木种源调运方向种源区划分提供依据。

An Application of the principal Component Analysis to the Regional Division of the Seed Origin
Abstract:Having studied the law of inheritance and variation of the quantities of ash, K, N, p, Na and Fe in the fir-heedles and the growth trait from 76 different georaPhic seed origins of china fir,this PaPer make a Principal component analysis of the two significant factors K and growth in the light of the ecological factors of seed origin. Based on the ordering, the 76 origins are divided into six districts and a basis is provided for allocating, transgerring and dividing.the seed origins.
